As you prepare to move, we'll be happy to perform the following important services. Many are at no charge to you; services that incur a charge are optional and are quoted in advance.

• Measure the quantity of fuel in your tank prior to a closing sale
• Perform an efficiency evaluation of your heating or cooling system
• Inspect and tune-up central air conditioning
• Inspect and clean a home air duct system
